  • Birth plans are helpful in communicating your preferences and expectations for labour and delivery to your healthcare provider.

However, it's essential to discuss your plan with your healthcare provider and be flexible, as unexpected situations may arise during childbirth.

At Kindle Birthing, we guide parents with a communication framework to bring this conversation to their provider respectfully and collaboratively.

  • We trust that parents are the experts on their own babies. While we don't teach newborn care, we believe in learning by doing. Your baby's unique needs and preferences are best understood through hands-on experience after birth.
